The HP® PageWide Pro 477dn inkjet printer with multifunction print, copy, scan and fax functionality offers an innovative printhead that remains stationary as it ejects black and color ink while the paper scrolls up one line at a time. The printer has four separate, oversized CMYK ink cartridges, with more than 10,000 printhead inkjet nozzles allocated to each. HP PageWide Pro Printer Is Fast
HP's 477dn is an inkjet printer that provides the resolution you expect from inkjet print technology—up to 1200x1200 in monochrome and 2400x1200 in color. It separates itself from other inkjets with its fast, laser-like speed up to 40 ppm in both monochrome and color.
High-Yield Output
Because the four separate CMYK cartridges are larger than normal, and given the high efficiency of the stationary printhead, this MFP color printer rivals the output of laser printers. Standard 477dn black cartridges yield up to 3,500 pages, while standard CMY cartridges yield a composite 3,000 pages. It's high-yield cartridge output is even more impressive with 10,000 pages per black cartridge and a CMY cartridge composite of 17,000 pages.
Presentation Media
The pigmented ink that this HP color inkjet printer uses dries immediately on paper, so it does not absorb into the media. That means its black and color text and images remain dense and vibrant and they resist fading and smearing. The printer is ideal for photo, brochure and report cover output in gloss, semi-gloss or matte.
